To all people nga naninguha ug cardio... i tell you guys again, i lost 45lbs in 4 months without running and or any high intensity cardio... daghan na disgrasya dinha, daghan nag loose ang skin, daghan nag injured, daghan nalipong hutdan tubig ug energy... i did a bit of sprinting, a bit of walking, a bit of jogging, a bit of saka naug sa hagdan... and more on strict diet and heavy weights...![]()

Still, you need to diet! coz i'm doing that right now (to failure 6-12 reps).. and every week i'm gaining weight.. coz i eat like there's no more food for tomorrow... hahaha!

? unya ive done cardios lately and no weights yet, ok lang ba ani or dunganon gyud (cardio + weight lifting) btw im 5'3 bet 195 - 205 lbs lawas nako murag bodybuilder nga tambok, naay tiyan ... gusto nako paniwang nga pina pacquiao ( ug uban pa nga pareho'g lawas) unya dili mahimo anang murag naa sa body building competition ( mura man mupadung ko dire if i lift weights di ba
