    for those who want to learn to swim:
    1. start by learning to be comfortable in the water, breathing/bubbling.
    2. floating...the hardest part.
    3. once you know how to float try the dog paddle before going to the different styles.
    remember, it takes time to acquire a skill. if you rush yourself you only end up disappointed. after all, the learning process is supposed to be fun.

    1 technique dyud is to be comfortable in the water. Yaw lng kahadlok.

    Naa dyud nice technique to float easily in water. HUna huna lng giunsa paglutaw ang bola. Same ra dyud kaayo na. Pagpundo lang og hangin sa imo tiyan mulutaw na ka ana. Relax and breath heavy and easily.nya try move ur hands back and forth ( kanang ma relax ka ) yaw paspasa. Di ba mulutaw ka na. With this kind of method theres a possiblity you can sustain in water for many hours. Akong record kay 45 minutes.Mao dyud gi tudlo nako sa akong mga pag umangkon. Karon maaau na kaayo manglangoy naa nay confidence sa water. Ad2 lng pagpraktis sa swimming pool kay makagunit mn ka sa kilid.Try lng

    unsay floating is the hardest part? mao nuon pinakasayon kay until now mao lang ako nabal-an... hahaha! bitaw I learned that easily.... bitaw twice ko na ka experience swimming lessons, 1st was when I was in my teens (sa ABELLANA ko nag lessons) then 2nd time (SACRED HEART) was when I was in myearly 20s... until now basic ra gyud ako nabal-an nya dili pa gyud kaaayo ko maayo mu threading..... maybe cguro dili enough ang mag swimming lessons lang dapat after the lessons practice pirmi gyud... nah kay ako after the lessons mahadluk naman mu itum so wala na practice.... and I think best to start at a young age gyud........................
