-2 years paid to Deca the amount of (P5,890x24) (Started paying Jan. 27, 2008 until Dec. 27, 2009) = P141,360
-For 2010 payment to PAG-IBIG (Jan. 27, Feb. 27, and Mar. 27) (P5,890x3) = P17,670
TOTAL PRICE IS P197,030

NOTE: EVERY 27TH OF THE MONTH STARTING THIS APRIL (2010), THE PRICE GETS HIGHER BY P5,890 (MONTHLY AMMORTIZATION).

I CAN GIVE UNTIL 3 MONTHS TO PAY. MODES OF PAYMENT (CASH/CHEQUE PREFERABLY BDO/RCBC). EX: 50K DOWNPAYMENT THEN 50K EVERY MONTH FOR 2 MONTHS THEN FOR THE 3RD MONTH ITS (47K ONLY).
