Hi, what is the effective rate per kwhr or electricity rate in a condominium today here in the philippines? Would you consider giving me a hand or at least some advice based on your experience? Can you tell me also the name of the condominium? Is your power meter direct
to VECO or you have to go to a personnel that maintains the building? do you pay directly to VECO or the there is a institution that runs it? Are there any additional charges? If the power meter is not directly to VECO, is the format of the power bill same as VECO? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you so much.
