IT MANAGER

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-year post qualification experience
- Cisco and/or Microsoft Certified
- Solid hands-on experience on CISCO VLAN Switching, IP Access-List, CISCO Routing Protocols, CISCO PIX Implementation, CISCO VPN, VOIP, MS Active Directory Services, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Network Security, Server Back-Up/Disaster Recovery, MS SQL, PHP, MySQL, Patch Management System
- Must have supervisory / management experience with excellent leadership skills, people skills, and project management
- Must be highly analytical, independent, dynamic, motivated and intelligent
- Good command of the English language both oral and written

HR MANAGER

Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience particularly in a managerial capacity
- Proficient in all areas of HR: manpower planning, recruitment & selection, employee relations, performance appraisal, training & development, etc.
- Must have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and has the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Computer literate
- Experience in a BPO industry is a plus
