i filed a resignation last april 6, effectivity nako is april 23. reason is naa ko kabalhinan nga work.

what to do on resigning: make 3 copies of resignation letter (one copy is for the HRD, one is for your department, and other one is you personal copy). i dunno if naa ba ni sa labor code nga 15 days ba jud na ang resignation, i'm not sure. but what is important is once mapirmahan imong resignation letter sa inyong department, meaning okey ra imong resignation status.
