Call Center agents get high payments more than other jobs simply because they are not just covering and helping our country but the entire globe.. Customer service representative, helping and assisting people around the globe..

Call center agents dosen't have a large payroll, it's just that other people tend to climb the corporate ladder just for a high salary, and agents are just people who are underemployed just for money, it's not patriot based because we answer for people in a different country. it's like saying when you speak english you get a larger salary.

simple lang, kay ang ila gi.serbsiyohan mga company sa states, so dollars ang kita...so buot pasabot ang mga agents yaw2 lang inenglish gamay, dollars ang mosulod sa company...mao nga ang sweldo sa mga cc agents mejo dako kay equivalent man sa dollars....

to add to this...the moment the call gets picked up....caaacccchhhhhinnnnggggg.....
instant dollars with very minimal overhead costs...
i have been to both worlds being a CCA and a wage earner, I can see where the differences lie...

I guess part of that larger pay is the hazard pay of working when everybody else is sleeping soundly..

its hard to understand if you haven't tried it yet....i admit the job is really easy...you sit on your office chair do some chit chat w/ your customer.you make your customer happy.violah!!!there goes a day at the office...

it's called sarcasm. look it up. it's fun! i don't really care how hard or how easy call center jobs are. i don't care either about how much pay they get.

i am just being sarcastic because this thread has faint echoes of the "crab-mentality" of people. so what if they earn more than you? that's not your concern. your concern should be, your work and why you're so unsatisfied with you job that you're complaining.

about this "maglingaw" thing: walay labot tanang tawo ug unsay makalingaw sa usa ka tawo. unta lang pud, kung masakit na, kanang tawhana, di lang unta pud manakod/mangamong sa uban. magpadesperado-desperado dayon unya mamuyboy sa ginoo, sa iyang pamilya ug sa iring sa silingan. kadto bitawong lingaw pa, wa jud kapangagda! ingon pa, "wa moy labot!".
