its not a reason even rape victim ang isa ka baye, no one has the right to abort an innocent child.. its considered a mortal sin.
it's more of a choice rather than a right, i think. pero illegal ang abortion...
Lisura ani oi... nara niya basta dili lang siya magsaba arun dili mabulabog
it's wrong BUT do you want to live a life of an unwanted child?
Sa MORAL VALUES kung basehan ..NO ang tubag since ang bata .... WANTED or NOT , wala tay katungod mo kutlo ug kinabuhi bisan kinsa na tao .
" A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. " - 2nd Amendment , Bill of Rights of the United States of America
sa akoang tan-aw, ang choice ani, dili ang "pag-abort" or "to bring to termination the pregnancy, that is, ipanganak". The choice of the woman will be to keep the child after birth and rearhim/her or to give the baby to the DSWD for adoption. Mao man siguro ni ang angayan nga pilion.
With regards to aborting the baby, i don't know if allowed bah. I think not.
But what I do know is this..
Rape Victims should report right away to DSWD 'coz aside from filing a complaint and getting a legal assistance, they can also be checked by a doctor and given a pill (also known as 72 hour pill).
This pill should be taken within 72 hours from the intercourse because it can dissolve all those "unwanted substances" inside the victim.
Hope that helps..
