Hey Balloon your interest in cooking is good , I just love to cook and spent a lot of time in Kitchen with mom who is a cook, author and worked in hotels, thinking of doing the same thing as a side job and go to school when back perhaps although i've been busy these past couple of months, a suggestion I have is read and practice, or have you thought of making it a career by attending school for it? if you are really interested about cooking maybe u should..

road trip nalang tayo!!! malapit lang naman hehehe
naa kesong puti sa metro naka wrap ng banana leaf sa chiller near the fruit section. i made risotto using kesong puti and sabaw ng tinolang manok hmm lami. the following day i made risotto balls (arancini) stuff with adobong baboy and some left over kesong puti put it over the reduced adobo sauce..... ay sus maryosep ka lami

almost all the herbs can be grown here in cebu.
for starters thai basil is very hardy and almost low maintenance.
    tarragon is also good
    oregano native.
    dill the native one.
    rosemary
    mint
    peppermint
    parsley
    flat leaf parsley
    cilantro

herbs that i have a hard time growing
thyme never planted succesfully dont know what im doing wrong tsk tsk....
dill the ones you see overseas.

@ke25 i agree with the wagyu not having a lot of flavor compared to the others.
i believe it's in the genetics of the breed as well as the diet. but i have to admit wagyu is the bomb when it comes to tenderness. too much marbling it's sickening to look at times hehehe.

@dirk14 nope not yet but thanks for telling me i'll drop by to redemptorist when i have a chance.

@upak yup tried the quesong puti sa ayala sometimes i get lucky i get a fresh one at times not so much.
