For those who may want to inquire to invest at Cortex Ads this is how its gonna be:

1.) Yes minimum P80K.
2.) The company is in incorporation stage; which means all investors are all original incorporators. This will be tremendously beneficial if ever Cortex Ads will succeed.
3.) Before you ask for ROI you better ask first whats the business is all about. We dont count the chicks when the eggs are not even laid! And normally we dont project unrealistic returns in the future we focused on what are the possible opportunities at hand.
4.) As founder of the company I planned to have at most 6 more people to join the incorporation. Currently there are 4 officially listed as incorporators to make 10 people as incorporators. Kay sakit sa ulo ang daghan tawo .
5.) This is the proposition; this is the same to all people that I have proposed to:

Whatever money you put in below 500T is 50% of that will be paid by teh company with 12% interest per year. Thats fair enough than putting it to time deposit in banks or even mutual funds. This is like teh company is borrowing to you at reasonable rate.

The other 50% is your share holding against the total capitalization of the company.

6.) For people who have tons of money who planned to invest, particularly above P500K, it may have a different proposition. We will try first to compute how much stake Cortex gonna give to those people without eroding the founders holdings.

7.) IF you have resources other than money like office space we may also try to consider that.

Cortex Marketing has just started marketing last February 2010. The development started many months before that. Cortex Ads is a technology startup company and is in marketing/incorporation stage. Their is no FS done because I dont think FS will give any advantage to Cortex project. Instead we develop the system and present results to the public.
