    Advantages:
-Less cables means less clutter on your workbench
-More freedom to move around since there are 'no strings attached' (pun intended).

    Disadvantages:
    For Wireless LAN
-Though the technology has matured over the years, it's still not as reliable as wired Ethernet LAN. Depending on the equipment you invest on, expect occasional hiccups, or sudden disconnection.
-Also not a good choice if you're transfering large files within the network.

    For Wireless Kboard & Mouse
-Still not a good choice if you're into gaming. I still feel there's a bit of a delay or the precision isn't quite right compared to wired ones.
-Depending on how often you use them, expect the mouse batteries to drain right away. So you need to invest on a charger+rechargeble batteries if you wanna save in the long run. Another option is to buy the wireless desktop combo with a charging cradle for the mouse for instant recharging.

    For Wireless/Mobile Internet
-You have to be on the Networks specific coverage area
-Speed is usually slower than their wired internet DSL/Cable counterpart
-Due to high cost, you wouldn't use this option for downloading huge files and torrents. This service was designed for business people on the go... who requires constant checking with their emails on their laptop or pocket PCs wherever they may be

    Wireless Speakers:
-I haven't seen a complete wireless speaker system. It's usually just the satellite/rear speakers that has the wireless option. That should tell you something.....

also my microsoft wireless keyboard eats batteries.. i replace every 3 weeks. although heavy usage man pod..
akong microsoft wireless mouse replace battery every 5 weeks.

take note the batts i use are either kirland batteries or energizer... so gsto jud ang wireless..
