sayun rani sabton, tanan companies naay apan. kung mo stay ang usa ka employee no matter unsa na kabati ang company, iya na choice oi, wala ta kahibalo kung naa nay gibuhi ang taw or gipa eskwela. its our right to express our opinion about a particular company but one's choice to stay with a bad company is not really being dumb or pathetic, its dumber to leave a bad company and let your family starve instead.

IMO if you are no longer satisfied with the company's management then you can resign, instead of staying longer and keeps whining of your predicament. I can understand why tenured agents especially who were employed by Etelecare decided to stay put since there's no other company in the IT industry would pay them the same amount they are receiving from their current work. It is up to the person to make a decision of doing a bold step - career change per se... sometimes in life, we are at a crossroad and it's very difficult to make a decision how much more a right decision.

I'm glad I did mine a couple of months ago...

even if you will pass berlitz, just imagine the possibilities working for this kind of company. of course you are happy now that you are still with etel but worst case scenario: you will just end up posting here again with the opposite perspective. well i really hate explaining this because if you are really dumb then you will still stay in etel. just imagine having a relationship with someone whom you already knew had std.

goodjob bipunk for being hired and good luck on your second week if you will be fired. looks like the recruitment team here is so incompetent, they are hiring people and not being logical about it. they have to let the applicants wait for 2 weeks before giving the final interview exam and they fool them by letting them know they are hired. this goes to paj, kat ponce, and the crew for being so brilliant with their recruiting style.

This one sounds off alex... did you really have to mention names? Why put the blame on the recruitment team? Why not check on your own competency? You can never be regal and high enough to be given the right to brand people... I went through this same process when i applied and finally got in and i didnt have any issues about it... Why would you have failed berlitz dude? Unsa diay kalisud? Q&A ra man to about familiar situations...
