naa man sad gud uban tao nga human nature na gyud nila nga if things aren't in favor to them, instinct na nila to dislike or disapproce on a certain policy.

I on the other hand, siguro tight akong boss/Team Leader, but he explained to me that its for my development man pud, which I eventually understood and I am thankfull pud to both my Team Leader and my manager.
