Have seen their place many times before,,,dili maka sulod ang motor dapit sa mga rooms but they have a garage nearby beside the vacant store along the road nga walay sulod pwede ra didto kuno e park.

Still available Sir,,, if you have an existing telephone line under your name then its easy for you to have it transferred in that location and use internet.

The owners have PLDT and Globe lines before they transferred location. They have 2 existing boarders who have their own internet connections. Its an own entry rooms, you can come in and go out anytime you want, no curfew,,,, you dont have to pass by the sala of the owner. ....thats why occupants will provide their own ,for convenience.

Yes,,, naa pay vacant daw,,,,,,2.5K double deck w/ foam at the ground floor and 3.2K, w/ 1 bigger foambed at the 3rd floor,,,,,but naay 2 ka bigger rooms at the second floor tag 3.5K ma vacant after the graduation of the present occupants on april 30.
