Newly bought blue betta's chin and under the gills turned white

Hey betta experts. I really need your advice on this. T-T

I just bought a blue betta 5 hours ago. When I bought him, he was all blue but now his chin and under his gills turned white! It wasn't like that when I bought him. Right now, he is still placed in the plastic bag and it's floating on the aquarium tank for it to adjust to the tank's water temperature. Acclimating your new betta

I've searched in google and I got answers like maybe it's because of the water but I haven't changed the water yet. Cause the fish is still in the plastic bag so the it's still the water from the pet shop.

What could be wrong? I need your answers ASAP. Please help

New problem: Jumping out of water, erratic swimming behavior then stays at the bottom of the tank
Last night, he was trying to jump out of the water several times and he swam like crazy.

mga master ug betta naa diri ga post...but mga masters nga accomodating and mutabang gyud....also you can buy top quality bettas from the masters

oh okay. THank you so much for your replies. It has been 24 hrs. He is still in the same condition. Pero I think the white spot got smaller.
