update: recently i've hited a plateau.. and finally! now i'm back in action... 219lbs(dry,before workout) 221(wet, after workout)... and in my lifting routine.. i'd chance a little something.. here's what i'd change
my old... MWF- 30 mins cardio + 45 min lift, TTHS- 30-45 mins cardio
what i'm doing now.. MWF-45 mins lift, TTHS 45-60 cardio
i recently switched from machines exercise to free weights... thus 'my old sked' was bornat first week i started light 3 sets of 25 reps at 10bls.. then the following week i increased the weight by 5 and the third week i'd double it to 30...
about last week or the other week.. i did double cardio (30-60mins in the morning then in the afternoon TTHS [went to a couple of parties] pambawi) and my lifting was the same as the third week
what i did last week (latest) is the pre-exaustion techniuque... i used the machines to target the bigger muscles only so when i did the free weights, more or less balanced siya.. hahaha.. oh and ang cardio nako ako gi 'dump' sa TTHS nako(dili na double..) ...and ako diay gi increase ang reps from 6 to 8
and i'd twisted my diet alittle...
will cotinue to increase the reps until 12 after that back to 6 but with heavier weights..![]()
P-Chan: you are doing a lot of cardio dude... be careful... your skin will get loose that way...

@chadix24_7: pila imo height bro? 140 lbs pud ko sauna nya 5'10" ko... tambok ko, dili kay bilbil ra.workout tambal ana imo pre! hehe.
ako naka-kita na jud ko og results sa akong muscles... labi na sa chest og biceps og delts(pero di lang kaayo klaro kay naay daghan fats :P) Sauna mag-lisod ko og abot 10-15 pushups... karon maka-abot na ko og 30 pushups.lipay na ko ana! hehe. Situps pud, sauna kay kung malapas og 10 reps, pama-ulan og maayo akong tiyan... karon dili na.

nag gym ko mga bro for 8 months, i was 187 pounds before and 140 pounds after, ako height is 5'4 man siguro of 5'3 and a half. bitaw gamay na kaayo ko but naa gihapon bil-bil. taga adlaw gud ko muadto sa gym way absent. unsaon kaha ni pagsulbad ang bil bil. sakto man sad akong diet. thanks!![]()
mas dugay man mo gamay bil bil compared sa ubang body parts. katong sa intsrutctor nako sa gym kay mga 2 years kuno tong ni porma iyang abs. ang chest ug arms kay mga 1 year ra. ako gani kay wala pa gyud intawn mo porma. 1 pack pang akong abs... ahak kugi lang gyud ning ato...
@chadix24_7: it seems you've reach your 'ideal' weight but did you count the lean body mass and body fat ratio? i suggest you go back working out (like ares623 & baboy said) and use a mirror instead of scales.. it may take a little more time (like what godcode said) but i'm sure you'll feel the diffrence
