hehe. its kinda hard to answer that question. people are scared to share this kind of information specially to the public. kay basin atbangan pa ka. lugi negosyo. but for long last investments, agriculture, manufacturing and real estate are somehow known to be the best investment. :mrgreen:

bizness...hmm...were planning to have an i-cafe..but ang nindot is daghan mi mo invest mga 8persons..we will buy 1 computer set per person then for the renovation or cabling and etc we will pay around 5-10K each..

iam into computer industry now, internet cafe po, we have 3 branches, pero na notice ko lang sa maraming taon ng pag business, mas malaki ang expenses kesa po sa kita, kaya naisip ko nalang now, if i will be given a chance again to have a business, i will NEVER engage to this kind of business , though im earning now through internet business. internet cafe business po ay masyadong big ang expenses, like maintenance, bills, licensed softwares, depreciation etc.

at present just planning to franchise a restaurant for a change
