I'll go for ASUS.. kay reliable kaau ang asus compared to MSI sa ako lang ni experience ha, Msi sales agent sa pcx cgeg pugos nako go for msi, so ni palit ko, 4x naguba akong msi na mobo. then ako g tawagan manager sa pcx cebu, to change my mobo to another brand,then after ng asus ko, wala na gyud maguba, until now buhi pa amung g use sa office. sa ako lang ni nga case ha, maybe na timingan langko pero 4x naguba ang mobo then they replace it with bnew units, same problem.

used asus commando (3yrs overclocked and overuse - buhi gihapon) now i am using asus rampage 2 extreme (going for a year this july)

feature wise asus, sa looks msi.

now i am using my commando as a server (orig mems were 2x1gb ddr2-800 TX Dark) now its sporting 8gb of mems. So gwapo jud if 4 vs 2 slots. But its up to you kung unsa gamit sa imo pc. Pero 3years down the road 2gb vs 8gb is a big difference.

both brands are good, depends on user experience, each person will have different opinions per brand.

For me MSI is not a good choice...daghan problema or issues ang MSI thats why I dont guarantee using it. I am also not a fan boy of ASUS but I trusted their brand eversince. I am very satisfied w/ most of their products especially their mobos. I have repaired several PC's w/ MSI mobos all of it are busted usually chip or damage capacitors...mao di ko mo recommend.

@TS: Choose asus where you never go wrong. Trust me.
