    o karon dili pa kay bag.o pa man merge. what will happen next is terminate ang old ict employees, given separation pay then option to be rehired with sykes basic pay or transfer. this year man daw na mahitabo.

    ana ako migo nga nag work sa ICT..kay wala man niubos ila basic pay.. nya mas modako daw kay e update ila salary sa mga benefits sa sykes like mga allowances/hazard pay/SL/VL.. hayahaya nila woi..

    sa mga bago ma hire sa ict ila basic kay pariha nah sa sykes..

    i think they deserve it. to have their salaries in line with other sykes employees. and they should learn to keep their feet on the ground. and i mean the team leaders. holy s***t. you'd think they're something when they treat other people. apply and find out and you'll be amazed.
