wow! thanks bro sa link..yes i will make actions jud after one week nga mag playing deaf and mute cya sa akong complain. kinahanglan na ma purhisyo sya! naa baya ang excel file nko sa mga username ug passwords sa mga lain lain niya nga accunts. and if mahimo, mag email jud ko sa clients niya ba..dli jud lalim iya gibuhat. pag confront nko niya first sa reversed funds, ni ana pa cya na wala daw niya gi reversed. mao to padala cya ug balik same amount sa gi reverse niya..Ngeeee!!!!!!...after an hour sa gipadala niya ug bag-o, na held ang funds nya ni reversed dayon! afetr ato cannot be reached na cya ug ang iyang secretary.

i thought nindot and odesk bati mn diay.. dghan rba ko mga kaila nag part time sa odesk ila pod gani ko g gal2 na mag odesk pd ko.. wa lng ko ky ang payment thru paypal mn gd nya saona pko nkaybaw na ang paypal dghan ma scam ana mao wla lng ko mag apil2 ana..!!

ok baya ang odesk if mo trabaho ka sulod nila. pero dli cla ka protect nimo if ang imong employer ug ikaw mo gawas mo sa odesk... ang odesk mn ang mi singil sa imong sweldo if dli ka sweldohan sa imong employer nya ilang e banned na nga company if dli mo sunod sa rules. then usually sa gawas sa odesk pa workon sa employer ang employee para makatipid sila sa 10% na e charge sa odesk nila.

For all its cheapness, Odesk does offer you security for HOURLY jobs as long as you work within the system. Come to think of it. That's where your 10 percent goes to: security. Going for FIXED price jobs or opting to work outside the system so you don't have to pay the 10 percent service charge is where the problem begins.

Odesk is merely a "meeting place." The real scammer is your employer.

Question, TS: Did you work within the system? If you did, file a report with Odesk and inform them of the chargeback. I'm sure the staff will help you out and will ban your employer, but I think your chances of getting your money back are really slim.
