Some people out there don't know the true meaning of prostitution. This person calls lingam "prostitution", that person there calls the video game Mass Effect "prostitution", that person over there called Samba dancing in the Rio Carnival as "prostitution", and another person calls porn movies as "prostitution".

Cebu Tech Blogger: Bringing bad name to Cebu? I beg to disagree... How about those fancy clubs in Metro Cebu- are those really don't give "bad name" to Cebu? I understand the SWAC, it is only an outcry of their goal and reputation to promote wellness in Cebu. It may affect their business, but reality bites. SWAC can air out all the issues since their concern affects their industry, but Cebuanos must not judge them totally that it brings a bad name to Cebu. As long as it is not against the natural and divine law, then I think such type of massage is acceptable...

that's the problem with us pinoys. we dont normally see what's ahead... ang atong gitan-aw kay karon lang... this might be a business with papers & certificates... but honestly, this lingam massage are only for those nagkulang sa ilang wife or girl friend (if naa). pa taas sa gana sa pagka bigaon(unsa man diay tawag nimo ana?).
