try daw "CMD" then type "ping www.yahoo.com" if "reply" ang result then sa imo gyud na browser ang naa problem, download other internet browser and install.

I suggest that you try to scan your PC for malware/virus before uninstalling anything. Try to install SUPERAntispyware or MBAM and use this to scan your PC for malwares.

If your Win 7 is legit, you could also install MSE which is a free AV from Microsoft.
