i know we are entitled to our own opinion but i think it's not right to say that these people who are still with etel are dumb like what this line of yours implies, "if you are really dumb then you will still stay in etel. just imagine having a relationship with someone whom you already knew had std"...i know this is getting to be a bit of a situation here between you and etel/stream but i can't stand your audacity to accuse these people(the dumb ones) of such referencing..please watch your words and avoid generalizations and try not to condescend... i do understand you bcoz i had walked this lane before and its just normal to vent out your frustrations but we still have our limitations and might as well consider this before posting..

i know your pointing to etel's animosity and i would agree to some of that. it's really unfair for a lot of agents and new hired applicants
and as you can see I also provided feedback from your previous post based on our experiences to flip the other side of the coin.
but ranting about people's decision to stay in the company is for me not a good idea because I know there's a reason they do that.

sayun rani sabton, tanan companies naay apan. kung mo stay ang usa ka employee no matter unsa na kabati ang company, iya na choice oi, wala ta kahibalo kung naa nay gibuhi ang taw or gipa eskwela. its our right to express our opinion about a particular company but one's choice to stay with a bad company is not really being dumb or pathetic, its dumber to leave a bad company and let your family starve instead.

unsaon pagkahibalo og nadawat or wala kay nakahuman ko og initial interview, phone sim, another interview and another technical exam and a final interview--- passed everything...walay kahumanang interview.... it's a technical accnt and they said I passed everything except that they will need to profile me or kami 6 na nahibilin... does that mean wala ko nadawat?

i share your sentiments and frustrations. i am still with etel now stream for nearly 6 years now and there has been a lot of changes, most of them not that good. pero it boils down to your preference if u want to stay with the company or not. if you discovered greener pastures, well go ahead and transfer. 3 years nako team manager/leader and that has always been my advice to my agents. y continue to work in a company in which you are not happy with.

advice ra nako na make sure lang nga solid ang imong kabalhinan. lisod man patuga ka nga wala kay work then daghan diay kag supportahan.

i believe gi profile pa ka to a program na best suited nimo. hopefully sa amo ka padulong... mag ramp among program this april... from 50 today to hopefully 400 in the next few months
