if basis nimo is the facilities while working... then i have to say cvg... state of the art tanan.. but if agent wise.. ang environment from ops down to your team.. Hands down Calltek.. ang mga gikan sa sykes nga wave 1 maka attest ani.. lahi ra kaayo sa calltek.. naa pa kay number sa president, anytime pwede ka tawag.. mo take pag sup calls... hehehe.. homey kaayo! walay employee mag hilas-hilas.. maski mga sup di ka magkinto..
para nako kay "in ur own opinion man" kay QUALFON.. super non stressful, mas maka edge pa jud kung bugal bugalon ka kay malingaw ang customer nimo maka KUDOS dayon ka.... hahahahahahahaha

if your not from this company,either you can find out for yourself,check out its thread (comments on qualfon and also read the past posts)or pm someone from there.youll know better if youll ask why and if that person can actually back-up its statements.
if people lang,i would say sykes or cvg,coz ull get really close with the people.if working place,cvg in IT,ayaw lang to sa banawa.
for me kay sykes kay walay kurat ang mga tao.. pwede bugal bugal diwi.. ok kaayo diwi sykes..
mabuhat nimo tanan nga dili pwede sa uban centers..hehehe.. dili lang ko mag tell.
