goodjob bipunk for being hired and good luck on your second week if you will be fired. looks like the recruitment team here is so incompetent, they are hiring people and not being logical about it. they have to let the applicants wait for 2 weeks before giving the final interview exam and they fool them by letting them know they are hired. this goes to paj, kat ponce, and the crew for being so brilliant with their recruiting style.
unsa ga ang sss number sa stream aka etelecare..tanx
people have been signing memos for salary increase and all..daghan ug speculations na almost same ra ghapon imu madawat based on ur previous salary.. but we're hoping here in stream na at least mutaas xa...also, it's not really fair on how they have computed the new salary...they just based it on certain quarters of last year...i have a teammate who's already tenured but his payout is almost same as the new hires...he was pissed off and so he tore the memo and never signed it
i think most people from stream are still keeping their hopes up.. hopefully, this transition will be more benificial..i'm a tenured agent since etel pa.. the idea of "resigning" already entered my mind a lot of times but coming from a company with a small salary (before etel/stream), i think i'll still be staying..although i'm not sure how long..![]()
kalibog gyud sa hiring ay kay ingon nakapasa mi unya naa pa diay final interview na until now walay feedback kung we got hired or not kay they don't know what account me ibutang?
they do berlitz exam after 2 weeks even if it can be done at the first stage of the interview. accenture even do that as the initial interview. their excuse is the number of applicants that are not qualified that will just waste the time of the american interviewers. lame reason. why not doing it right after the final exam rather than declaring the applicant as already hired. and its going to be much lamer if they will use profiling as an excuse for that. if they havent profiled applicants yet, then wtf, dont declare them as hired yet! simple. what really is going on is that they are just trying to keep as many applicants as possible in order for those who are already hired and highly qualified not to apply in much better call centers like convergys and jp morgan. they want to fill in waves to start trainings right away even if they are not yet done with profiling, berlitz, and all that bullshit. so people go to training for 2 weeks and what's worse is that they are assured that once you are hired, you will never be terminated, you will just be reprofiled. then when the berlitz results come, they will immediately take back what they said and will use the papers during contract signing which by the way was a very tricky one because you are forced to sign 200 papers within 10 minutes only. in the end, you will be told that you will not be getting any salary because theres a bond and it will just negate all those ****ed-up boring and wasted days spent inside etel. just think about it.
