eat eggwhites everyday.. full of protein nah padako muscles..
ako gibuhat run eat jud daghan.. and thrice a week exercise mga within 30 mins... pushup, pullups, stretching and curl ups... sakto ko sa lastbasta mao na ako gbuhat rn.. Hope naay effect!
