ok lang,last nako tan-aw sa akong GSD kay GSD ra man gihapon way nausab.imohang Lab? Labrador ra gihapon noh? hehe

nice point u post there NUTLEY.actually,all breedings are a gamble by nature coz, along with good points u are also introducing a new set of faults as well,from a genotypically & phenotypically point of view.i even had a friend whose belgian along with of its 3 littermates (a result of outcross mating) developed epilepsy & epistaxis,its hereditary by nature & we traced it by pedigree research then it appeared that the great grand father of the sire is the carrier.nywy,if deformities do happen,which accounts only to 5% of the negative effects of inbreeding,then its either u let nature take its course or u perform culling.its actually,a hard & cruel way but its either way u have to do sumthing kay its ur responsibility as a breeder & besides,if u dont then its dam will do what's due to be done.but the highest thing to worry about in continous inbreeding is the lack of hybrid vigor,probable extinction of gene pool contracts,decreased fertility & mortality as well.thats why we need to know how to apply the power of the pedigree in a supposed breeding that we ought to make.ako pud i-add that inbreeding can be used as a great tool to fix certain traits that are deemed dominant in nature coz the these characteristics will become homozygous (genetic uniformity) & all offsprings of an inbred animal will breed true to type.an example,is when a client wanted to improve the looks of his beagle pack.no matter what sire he breeds his matriarchal dam with,the resulting pups will look like their dam eg.eye expression,head type,toeing in toes & every litter has atleast one pup with a cleft palate....with which these points are the ones he wanted to improve.the reason? his dam is very tightly linebred so mabira jud sa dam ang looks sa pups.our solution? we look for a sire whose more tightly linebred than the dam or an inbred one.which we luckily found, of course with the breed standard in mind coz u just dont inbred or linebred for the sake of doing it but their has to be a reason behind.and after 2 mos,we examined the pups no deformities & it all looked like the sire down to the pigment of its coat.oh even the cleft palate problem with some of the pups previously born is gone.hope this will enlighten most people to study & value the importance of the pedigreed record of their dog rather than making it as a reason to increased the prices of their pups

BLUE: question nako? why man wala gi research FIRST sa imong friend ang pedigree before breeding his dog? theres what we called careful breeding.

RED: oh really? 5% ra diay.tsk tsk tsk! lahi lagi giingon diri sa documentary murag mas higher pa sa 5%.....(mao na giingon sa documentary)
BLACK: its still trial and error lagi...so what if ERROR lang gihapon? asa man tawon ipamutang ang mga ERROR?

im still convinced nga bati ang inbreeding,di ko favor ani.

yung mga error dati ay kino 'cull'... mayron tayong tinatawag na 'culling'... wow ha! naging hi-tech na tuloy ako.... gosh! ang hirap talaga mag breed! hindi ko na yata type to...whew!

nutley ha, huwag mo nga akong tatanungin sa mga bagay na yan ha, isa lang po akong pusang pinanganak na mahirap ngunit nangarap!... kaya bukas na bukas po ay magpapa neuter na talaga ako noh!!!...

yung dalawang taong nag dedeba-te dito nalang po tatanungin nyo kasi nahihirapan na ako sa thread na ito, its so sophisticated!... aaaarrrrgghhhhh!...its driving me crazy!!!grrrr!!! punta muna ako sa tarantula forum,sheeesh! whew! baka ma question na naman ako dito!!!....

murag si colt45 man guro to nga nagpost sa B and S section sa pets.but sa surigao pod lagi ang puppies but murag mo ship sila diri sa cebu.basta ingon to sa iyang thread nga both parents are imported from europe.naa pa gani to price didto sir.
