April 21, 2006... i tell you, in less than 2 months im back up 160lbs! i love eating!!! hahaha! pizza, humba, warm brownie cup (la marea), spagetti, carbonara, ice cream, steaks, rice and etc... no discouragement whatsoever, losing weight is quick! you are too young to be worried about getting fat... start building muscles dude! build for 3-4 years... and after that, dinha naka mag hunahuna ug diet! lupigun nimo tanan tao dinhi bai! tuo lang nako! go to gym boy! nag bisaya nako dinhi para ninyo! hehehe...

ako pud ni gain napud balik. kai sunod2x ang sakit. sprain sa foot. sprain sa neck. back ache. karon bisan ayo2x na. lisud na e balik gym. imbis everyday na once or twice a week nalang. nya cardio ra pud. haha

@ares623: ako pud.. i'd recently hit a plateau( i feel a little discouraged pud.. pero i try to keep myself motivated to workout...

P-Chan: you cant... i would suggest, dont be so scientific. Make an estimate, like maybe 1 cup of rice goes 44g of carbs measure it in grams instead of calories. mabuang ka ug kwenta sa calories bro, its in hundreds / thousands...hehehe... If you really want to compute a close estimate then cook your own food..
that way you will know how much protein you put in, how much carbs, unsaturated fats, saturated fats, sodium...

@CrasHBURN: ah ic.. actually i have a program that do all the 'dirty' work ( calculates the BMR, calories i eat, contents, how much protein, carb, fat is in what food, how much i burned during execercise, ect.. ) but the thing is in the data base of the food it dosen't have the some of the local foods.. hehehe.. for example like ngohiyong, bod2x, sisig, ect... and i don't have time to cook cause it's almost school time.. and it's gonna be busy busy busy..
there's a saying that goes "you are what you eat" and it's true..
P-Chan: ngohiyong, bod2x...etc... simple dude... dont eat em...eat something which you know what you are eating... those are nothing but fats and bad carbs anyway... but ey! its taste good! hahahah!
why must the good things be bad for us?!well most of them anyway... talk about the irony..
