    from 192 lbs., i am now 145 in just 4 months...

    Wala na ko rice and softdrink. I only eat crackers, esp. katong wheat ug wid omega 3. my protein source is fish (not fried) and chicken (steamed). I also ate fruits and drank natural fruit juice only. Mg.oatmeal ko in the morning or kanang gutomun ko. I also had coffee in my diet. Then, i exercise a lot jud.

    nndot man nah ang mag.gym bai...balik nah gani ko karon...healthy living nah....n kung kapoian mo adto gym, palit lang mo ug dumbells gud.dha lang mo sah inyoha blay...niya apilan lang nmu ug push-ups ug jogging gamy...para fit pud tah bah...

    lost 10 pounds in 1 month from 190 now 180. ni start ko feb 1 to feb28. tip nako is MONEY AND FRIENDS. pusta.anay mo lose 10 pounds or pay. now maintaining my weight and tryin to lose more. maybe next month magbet na pud. kinsa mo lose most wins the pot money.

    due to stress i lost 10lbs in a month.

    6 kgs in two weeks,

    here's what i did.
    - dinner before 6pm, no solid intake after that
    - if i failed to take my dinner before 6pm, i ate "soyjoy"
    - liquid intake is either water or green tea
    - oats for breakfast
    - regular meal for lunch - half rice
    - regular meal for dinner - half rice
    - no pork / lard, as much as possible in every meal
    - veges and fruits
    - badminton (2 sessions per week, 2 hours per session)
    - biking (once a week for 1.5-2.5 hours)
    - sit-up, twister, and abs wheel 2 hours before sleeping (1 - 1.5 hrs everyday)

    just my 1 peso experience.

    actually u can do push ups for the entire body at the comfort of your house. Curl ups for your abdomen.

    used to weight 85k then losse weight thru consistent jogging with normal nga kaon.. turn 75K after mga 3 months.. due to stress.. no I go back.. 88k npdko.. started again jogging but gabii na around 8-15 rounds with down up and normal terrain nga plain.. Il check this one after 3 months.. 2 weeks pko nga straight... target to weight again 75k....

    jog and body-arm swing... I think this is fun thats what I do.. Il check after 12 weeks...
