Developer OT: Cups a day?

We devs are notorious in drinking coffee. But how many cups of coffee can you consume per day? Preferably the work days. What's your max? What's your regular?

My max has been 7 however I maintain a quota of 4 per day. How about yours?

1 - 5:00 AM (before going to office)
1 - 6:00 AM (breakfast)
1 - 9:30 AM (breaktime)
1 - 3:30 PM (breaktime)
1 - 6:00 PM (overtime)
if work until 9PM additinal 2 glasses...

so in all 7 glasses, I don't use cup, masyado maliit cup hehehe

usually around 2-3 per day. Two if I drink only coffee, three if I include tea with honey

Oh yeah, tea and energy drinks are welcome.

I was once into this Intel Technical Seminar, then the speaker happens to be one of my friends because we see each other in the quarterly seminar. He said he can actually do 15 cups per day with max 20. Not sure how that works but I'm pretty sure his liver is dead in no time.

I just had my first cup now.

My day isn't complete without coffee (2-4 cups a day)
Then 3 years ago UTI strikes, I started to cutback my coffee intake.
Now I barely drink coffee. (2-4 cups a month)
I have coffee-free months.

My alternative:
Take a good night sleep.
Power nap after lunch (15-20 minutes).
No nap = sleepyhead

1-2 cups na lang ko kay sakit ako ulo kung mag withdrawal, especially kung magbakasyon ko sa layo nga lugar nga walay brewed/espresso. 1-2 cups ra ako imnon para naa pa allowance for coke.
