Default razer lycosa keyboard doesnt turn on in boot

good day. i just got myself a razer lycosa mirror edition keyboard. works fine but i have a problem with it.... im currently having dual os, windows xp 32bit and windows 7 64bit...

at boot or post or whatever you may call it where you decide to choose what os to use, mag off man ang keyboard so di ka kapili unsa os imo gamiton. the keyboard only turns on when you are inside windows already. i have tried checking sa options sa software but i havent found any solution.

please help kung kinsa man nakasulay ani. my old keyboard a4tech g800 works on post but my razer lycosa turns off at post.

@pepau, naakoy na discover aning imo sulti bro. murag sakto ka, coz even my a4tech x7 mouse does not power on at post. sa windows na cya mu power on.

maybe i can solve this problem by using a usb to ps2 adapter for the keyboard para ma detect sya at post.

its confirmed, my mobo does not detect usb devices on post. i tried another usb keyboard and the same thing happened.

ask lang ko, will a usb to ps2 adapter for the keyboard solve this problem?
