try this http://www.speedguide.net/downloads.php and download the TCP optimizer.. it helps a bit.. na try nani nako, my connection is between 40Kbps-44Kbps.. ig download nako mo boost to 10Kb/s and it will drop to 6-7Kb/s after a couple of sec mo maintain nana siya sa 6-7KB/s.. parehas rasad ninyo DAP gyapon gi gamit pag download sa mga files..

Believe me bai non of those optimizations really work they can improve your latency buy never your bandwidth, placebo effect rana inyong na notice.. it really depends on your ISP
