    kapoi man ang mag gym, maypa mag cge ka bike lingaw pa, paspas kaayo drop sa imu timbang ani, exercise pa jd pataas hangin ba, do it with some1 u know para lingaw dli ka laayon, one week ra ull see the result ako kay 86kls ko b4 wla pa gani one month 79kls nalang ko, i can eat and snack all i want basta dli lang mo lapas sa 5pm, sayo lang pod ka tulog para sayo ka mata bike dayon..try lang..

    Lost 8lbs in 2months... nahulog ug 1lbs per week hehehe it's what I wanted anyways nah gradual lang.. hinay-hinay basta kanunay! No Hydroxycut or Lipo6 of any kind nah similar to this pills for me just natural nga diet lang.. no rice for 6days, wheat bread with fish or chicken breast and veggies lang every week and one cheat day nah buffet sad pero pili.on lang ang sud.an na unsa ang kan.on ug daghan haha.. that's the time I eat a lot of rice.. lifting weights 4 times a week and 3 times a week nah cardio exercise that's it folks.

    I lost 18lbs in 3 months. Combination of diet, exercise (cardio & weights), and also stress sa trabaho..hehe

    lost 5 pounds in 1 month heheh from 150- 145lbs im 5'7"1/2 hehehe doin GYM and Jogging once a week
