Actually this is not HDR. Exposure blending was used for this image.
When I made this shot I've noticed that there was a 5-6 stop difference in exposure between the foreground and the sky. My 0.6SE GND is not enough to get a single correct exposure. So what I did was expose for the sky, then expose for the foreground and both images were blended in photoshop using layer masks.
