Still with box and accessories:
S-Video out converter, DVI to Analog dongle, one DVI to HDMI dongle, full copy of 3DMark06, Driver installation CD and original cooler. The DeepCool V2000 also has memory heatsinks (I removed them as they wouldn't stick properly and the mems are getting direct airflow from the fans anyway) and a tube of thermal compound.
DeepCool V2000 VGA Cooler
I replaced the stock heatsink with the DeepCool to lower the temps. The fan of the stock heatsink was also quite noisy. Now this card idles at about 45C and goes to about 70C at load and is near silent even at load. The 80mm fans on the cooler spins at only 2500RPM. The cooler must be plugged in to a motherboard fan header(you can monitor the speed) or a molex plug. This card has never been OC'ed and has no hidden defects. I will give 2 weeks personal warranty. OC'ing or burn marks voids this.
450 Watt or greater PSU required for this. Compatibility is buyer's responsibility.

Not familiar with that PSU, but if it has a 6-pin PCIE connector it should be ok.
