I hope the mavs have brought back Kevin Mchale to train Haywood on a few low post moves... Haywood have a few decent post moves but Mchale was one of the best... So can u imagine his size with a few of Mchale moves... and i hope they are doing it now to set him up for the playoffs... cause we will need him in the post to put pressure on some of those centers we are going to face on the way to the NBA FINALS.... spread the word around.... bring Mchale back... train Haywood... for a strong playoff push.....

BTW, for those who didn't know.. Mchale helped dirk right? and he has been doing a little better at posting up since. Haywood barely gets us the double double already but with post moves he could be a 20 ppg 10rpg guy easily if dirk terry and butler are spreading the floor. having scoring options at every position when we are already an above avg defensive team would get us to the finals for sure. its the difference between us and the lakers, artest and fisher cant really score anymore while the mavs starting five can get it done. take dirk out of our team and take bryant out of theirs and the mavs win a seven game series...really looking forward to that series though

Haywood does not need to be offensively efficient. The Mavs are loaded with offensively-minded individuals already and all they need is someone who can defend and rebound. Basically, Haywood is an upgrade of Dampier and that's it. And Haywood's "athletic" too.

What more can they ask for?
