    it's hopeless, I hardly watch the news at and read the papers. It's just very depressing, they just don't care what the people think anymore.

    if there is a difference between todays politics and yesterday its the growing political and social awareness of the filipino people...

    at least now many filipinos now see the futility of arm struggle to achieve change...

    we learned that aguinaldo did sold the country... and that other leaders would to the same if we remain passive... although we tend to be more like "ibarra'' in noli.. we dont care until we are affected...

    Obviously social awareness is raised due to the clear and evident fact of corruption but it is good to be vigilant of things, unfortunately due to implementation of law being lax theres not a lot you can do with solving problems.

    As far as mistakes done in the past , we learn from them and try to make it better moving forward, but once again , nothing is done
