simple... text traced to a number in the philippines
even possible to trace which cell cites received
the broadcast from the phone so narrowing the location
then just find out who were the last people the client spoke
with and start the investigation from there... just feel sorry
for the poor saps who had nothing to do with the text message
but got sucked in because they were involved in the call
