Hi, Istoryans (especially kadtong dual citizens and Am. citizens na and naka try ug pa-hospital diri).
I heard that the US gov't Medicare coverage cannot be used in the Philippines by US citizens. However, there are also talks that St. Luke's Hospital and others are already accepting reimbursements from US Medicare.
What's the truth to the issue? Is it really medicare or some other international insurance (if yes, what)? Kindly share your experiences. I need to snoop around on behalf of concerned relatives and friends. Thanks!
