    leaves - 20 vl, 20 sl, 5 paternal, 2 months maternal, 5 funeral. unlimited (walay quota) slwop and vlwop. remember lang, we are paid to work and business has to be protected. sulay kuno mo ug slwop ug vlwop other industries sa cebu. taxable? yes but that tax computation is the same anywhere and it all goes to the corrupt official you elected.

    if dili approved inyong leaves, check absenteeism again, maybe imo rang best friend or ka team ang hinungdan. duk duka kay siya ang rason, dili sugtan imong leaves tungod sa staffing.

    healthcare - bigger than mepza and better or at par with other ccs.

    health bonus - every month naa. non taxable. if perfect attendance for 1 year, naay nice recognition, plus GC plus nice certificate. maau unta dili absenot ang mga kusog mureklamo.

    annual increase - if you exceed your target dako kaau ka ug increase. every position has an increase cap, if you reach pa promote either sa position or sa level, lahi nasad ug increase cap.

    recession - wala nanaktakay ang sykes tungod sa recession. if you were moved to other accounts, most other industries or company do not do that as its first option.

    OTs - it is a business need. when OTs are solicited, it either means sobra ang volume and di kaya staffing or sakto ang volume but di kaya sa staffing. why di kaya? either saup ang forecast which is rare or daghan absent!

    forced OTs? wlay lain choice it means daghan ra kaaung absent nga the business is in danger. mu rason mo, daghan absent kay hago, gipangkapoy tungod sa volume. why did the volume happen in the first place? it is most often than caused by absenteeism. verify this by asking the history of absenteeism and volume.

    other incentives - naay daghan depende sa account. if you did not receive what is due to you, look for ** in this post.

    strikto ang account? gisweldoan ta to work and take calls. dili para mag aux or mag camping or mang release. any good company would enforce its policies. any good company would review its policies.

    did you ever consider that na strikto sad because of the clients? and why? because of the performance? if poor ang performance sa account, tungod na kay daghan nagpabadlong. katong daghan ug suspenso na wla pa na terminate, pasalamat mo, in other companies or industries, they give you less chances. if daghan mo suspenso or usa mo sa mga underperformers, maulaw tawon mo sa mga naningkamot ug trabaho, kamo ang usa sa hinungdan nga na strikto ang clients.

    **if you feel na naay saup, then reklamo. open door ang sykes. if dili maminaw imong TL nimo, go to AM. if dili go to SAM. if dili, go to OD. at anytime, pwede mo sa HR.

    do not claim that sykes did not hear you out if wala mo niagi ana na route. if ni-resign mo daun at the first sign of "trouble". do not claim that sykes did not hear you out if wala mo nitubag sa annual survey, which is another venue that the higher ups (not tl and ams) would know how to improve the company and its business.

    3: sykes vs other centers

    sykes tries its best to be a good company. it does not officially or unofficially claim to be better.

    4: other centers

    browse istorya, other centers has its own problem.

    the end point - its all about attitude.

    if your attitude is more about money, you will definitely go where you can earn more. make sure lang na NET INCOME, inyong gi compute, dili ang GROSS.

    check the other benefits - convert them to cash that you can receive if you like a comparison.

    if slacker ka, dont blame the company. no company would want to pay somebody browsing facebook or istorya, while releasing calls or camping.

    last, if slacker ka, ikaw ray downfall sa call center industry sa philippines. when you jump companies and you dont change attitude, you negatively impact that company and our (including me) green pasture)

    other asian countries are catching up. EPZAs are slowing being transferred to Vietnam, Malaysia and China.

    Chinese and Koreans are strengthening their English Proficiency. If you think, they cant get the call center industry from us, WAKE UP!

    Let us help protect our jobs - whether you are from SYKES or not.

    PS - this is not to flame. only information from someone that has an EPZA experience and is more than 6 years in SYKES. yes, it pays to be informed. I am not forcing this on anyone. this is like a newsletter which you can either read or not, believe or not.
