The area is located in cogon, pardo , cebu city...the monthly water bill is shared between us and the internet cafe upstairs which costs less than 200 pesos a month...for the electric bill, the minimum rate is 4,000pesos a month, because we are selling ice cream and ice cubes which are very saleable at this time...average daily sales would run up to 5,000pesos...while during weekends, sales would go as high as 10,000pesos...sales would also shoot up during special occasions such as fiestas, discos , basketball tournaments , benefit shows , whole month of december til new year and graduation since the store is very near the schools , elementary and high school..
we are attending to a number of queries regarding the store..some have expressed interests...but we will make a deal to anyone who could give us the amount that we are asking..so this is a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis...
