Hehehe, interesting sad ni dah. As a drummer myself, sayop ang drummer sa cueshe. If drummer ka first thing nimo buhaton kung dili imo ang drums kay mo ask ka ug permission sa tag-iya kung ok raba usbon ang set-up sa iya kit. Daku au ug effect kung naa ma usab sa imo kit, ma apektuhan imo performance. Bisan screw lang malisu, dig deal na au nah coz it takes time to adjust the tune, sometimes it takes hours just to get the precise tune. ( sa drums lang ha, kay sa guitar naa man gadget para ana ). Mao btaw kung mag concert sa America take for example Woodstock or Family Values tour mag dala jud ang mga banda
( drummer mag dala ug drumtech ) sa ila instruments, kay labad au na sa ulo ang pag set-up. I think what EZRA really means in this thread is that respeto-ay lang, dili man ni para dauton ang cueshe.

it's this simple... drummer ko and i've played right after cueshe'. this message sends fair warning.. if i have my own gear in tow (which i do most of the time), hipuson gyud nako tanan..

i don't care kung bashing ni o dili.. basta the message has served as fair warning to all drummers out there...

Bald_charma: Yep, mao gyud... it has happened to me several times. Mag bilin kos akong gamit pero binlan kog pimples sa akong drumheads, or diba kawaton ang cymbal felts or ang locks. Ginagmay ra na ang felts and locks pero mounting your cymbals without felts, dako kaayog potential na ma damage ang cymbals.. problema kaayo... especially TAMA cymbal locks kay naay plastic sleeves which prevents key-holing sa cymbals.

yes I would. I don't care who the drummer is.he or she can be a newbie or a
multi-platinum album selling drummer as long as he or she doesn't show
respect to other drummers I would write about it. My email was to warn other
drummers.

Are you referring to the part of my email about the SMB octoberfest? If
that's what you are referring to, that is part of the game for sound system
rentals. They are already prepared that sometimes a musician will damage
their equipment. However, in my case, IT IS MY EQUIPMENT. It is not for
rent. Even if it is for rent, you have no right to bashÂ* it till kingdom
come.you also have to treat it with respect. Why only now, you ask. Baka
kasi ngayon lang sila na may naka-alternate na nagpahiram ng snare.

Dagget, I didn't have my story posted on a nation-wide newspaper or had I
aired sa the buzz or any chismis oriented tv program. I posted it on
pinoydrums as a warning to other drummers. I don't give a damn who cueshe
is, what I give a damn is the way the drummer treated my instrument and I
don't want it to happen to other drummers.Â* Hope I cleared some of your
questions.
