Venue: Seattle's Best - Ayala, Terraces (just go to Starbucks, you should see the fountain below. Go to the fountain and you will find Gelatissimo (the ice cream resto), across that is Seattle's Best.

with April coming in fast and with the proposed bikini shoot, lets call out a meeting to plan for the event and agree on the budget if eveyone is agreeable. This will really cost us, but its ok if we will just scrap this.

I may have misunderstood what Dex B said during the IPC meeting. But I remember when I suggested that we use a part of IPC's fund for the Northbound (now Southbound) trip, he advised not to because the trip was not exclusive to IPC and instead use it for the proposed bikini shoot. So I guess that means the bikini shoot is exclusive to registered IPC members only.

we will accomodate IPC first then the officers will have to decide about bringing in joiners
