Must-see gyud ni basta naa ka sa Bacolod area. Pwede pud mu kaun ug pizza miyentras ga huwat sa sunset, kay mao na ang pinaka nice ang light. Mu gold ang lugar.

    The Ruins at sunset:

    The Ruins at night:

Nice gyud for photographers. Problema lang kung daghan kaayo ang tao. Sigeg tabok-tabok sa atubangan (not their fault, really, pero daghan mi picture nga na daut kay daghan kaayog tao sa frame). Better to go there on a weekday when nothing is happening (i.e. no holidays or special events) kay basin mingaw-mingaw pa.

Egg whites... mura diay ug mga Spanish church nato. That must've been a lot of leche flan the masons ate...

Ang gi ingon pud nila kay Class A gyud kuno ang concrete gigamit sa construction, mao na nga bisan gisunog ang balay wala na hugno ang iyang frame.

common ra ni sa negros, mga balay sa mga haciendero especially sa occidental.. its nothing new, i grew up just passing by these kinds of houses with opulent architecture

if you're in bacolod city, there's a faster route going there, no need to take the north expressway, just ride a jeepney with a "bata" route then ask the driver to be dropped at the ruins junction, then take a tricycle and you're there in no time

yes mostly ang gigamit para construction sa house kay imported from Spain. ang ila tiles imported from Spain pod daw, u can see na wala pa jud nadaot ang tiles bisan gisunog ang house, naa pa jud iya color and design, visible pa kau. naa pod toy room didto they called the belvedere, didto daw magtapok ang family every morning para atngan ang sunrise..char kau ila family..hehe
