Does someone here know what causes canker sores, and how to treat them? Mag sige ra ko naay ingani nya mudako pa jud, sakit kaayo.

nindot oxygene gel.. its for wounds sa gums and mouth.. dali ra ma ayo.. i bought it from a dentist friend. wla ni sa drugstore..

u can try wintermelon powder from chinese drugstore. i tell u, pait jd kau and yucks pero dali ra maayo. my family keeps using this.

rock tawas.. just dab it on your lo-as and ma wala ra cya kadugayan.

Or you could go to a dentist and they have neds for that.. murag ipa close ra ang lo-as or something.
