its because ang ga sweldo nila ky ang CLIENT nga tua sa states or asa pa nga nasod sa gawas..if mang hire ang client ug employees from their own country, mahal ila i sweldo, whereas kung sa call center ky maka barato sila, and u know dollars, gamay ra na sa clients pero inig convert into Peso, dako kaayo na diri..thats one reason..another thing is, dapat dako gyd ang sweldo ky para naay magdugay nga empleyado, to think nga kasab-an ka i curse ka and other things..if minimum wage pa na, walay mangapply ug call center...

Dako ug sweldo kay Foreigners man ang tig sweldo...
Dako ug sweldo pero dako sad ug tax

CC rates here are a lot cheaper than those CC agents sa U.S. so dre sila nag invest kay cheap man ang labor dre plus others have night differential for those who are working at night time.

Professionals here kay gamay ug sweldo tungod sa kurakot nga gobyerno.

i have read some ignorant answers, they are comparing salaries of 20 yrs working teachers, pulis, military and engineers to a new recriuted CC agents salary wise.. haha how can you compare a 6k salary to a 12k salary starting of a CC agent.?
