your intentions might be pure and noble but i would suggest you not sending the letter.
why? She left you and your husband alone already.... don't do something that'll want her to be apart of your life again. Some women might see your letter as some sort of a challenge, she'll think that if she made your husband cheat on you the first time she can do it again. Not because she wants your husband but just want to make you suffer.

Don't shove it on her face that even though she tried to wreck your marriage it didn't work. It'll just motivate her.
