-Start with making websites with Pure CSS
-As much as possible it must be valid XHTML/CSS. Doctype: Transitional or Strict.
-Have a keen a eye of what's the trend and what' sucks.
-Be original, dont copy.
-Read, Read and Read.

Ang kanang mga professional web designers, ba, unsa pa may mga pambuhaton aron mahimo ka'g maayo nga web designer? Ug ngano dako man kaayo ang rates?

The rates depend if ang imong site static, dynamic, gamay or daghan ug pages, brochure site, corporate or personal.. Mag depende pud if mo gamit ug server side scripting or naay database or naay flash.

ang rates mag depende ra nimo... but please don't give rates na mo ubos sa 15k (actually gamay na kaau na)... Insulto man gud ni sa ubang designers (i'm talking about freelance here). If gamyon nimo ang rate sa usa ka project, pwede mo gamay ang value sa mga web design jobs. And remember, if it's too low, you'll sound desperate. Dili mo ubos ug $500 akong rate for a max of 5-page corporate site with contact page na naay captcha. hope this helps!
