    those tarantulas that are mentioned including the chaco that sir chris suggested belongs to the new world tarantulas..meaning, they are from north and south america...they are the ichy one...the flickers...

    old world tarantulas are from asia, africa, australia, europe.....the bitey things...

    @winwin

    zelighozar is ryt, they belong from the new world, meaning they flick... new world species are those that had evolved having urticating hairs as their defense mechanism, but the old world species are those that are not that hairy... and no urticating hairs..meaning they rely on the toxicity of their venom and are very aggressive.......

    golden knee tarantula rarely flick compared to the brachys.
    so far lang jud. they never showed any aggresion when being held....

    and about the 2cm 800 pesos ok rana..... but gamay pajud na ha...
    and lastly do some research for you to have enough knowledge on these species.
    if you want. try visiting thetarantulastore.net or .com
    naa didto halos tanan....

    Ahhh ok bro. Hehe thanks sa advice. Unsa mas cute tanawon b.smithi or b.boehmei or b.klaasi or chaco gold knee? Naa man gud ko 3 kabook gagaw nga highschool nga bae, gusto nila cute and since first ni nako para musugot akong mga kauban dri sa house ky medyo daghan gyud mi dri sa house and basin mahadlok ako lola og lolo ba. hehe

    B.smithi is a classic, but very prone to hair flicking. It is reported that older specimens may flick hair much less frequently than juvies. G.rosea is also both pretty and simple to care for. The red color form (rcf) is even more attractive, however there is some debate about whether this is actually a separate species as it tends to exhibit different behavior.

    B.albopilosum (Honduran Curly Hair) is not a colorful T, but is handsome in it's own way. These guys are aggressive feeders yet strangely out of all my T's I find them to be the least defensive.

    C. cyaneopubescens (Green Bottle Blue) is extremely attractive and webs frequently making it interesting to observe. I'm new to thses T's, but it seems apparent to me that they are fast and so probably best not handled.

    Avicularia species (pinktoes) are generally lovely T's with great looks and calm nature, however they are not a great beginner's choice as they have very specific enclosure requirements (humidity, height, ventilation) and so are not a hardy pet.

    I have another question mga sirs. I would probably buy a 2cm-1.5" sling. Can I feed it dead bees nga giibot ang stinger or termites? And can I use a bigger container na daan knang plastic pang microwave btw, 5x3 man tngli na r bigger gamay...

    Regarding enclosure size, it would depend on the size of your T, it should be only twice or thrice its size... so if you have a 1 inch T, your enclosure should only be 2x2x2 or 3x3x3 inches coz if you'll provide a larger one, your t might have difficulty catching its prey...

    Avoid feeders that are larger than the abdomen of your T especially on slings... YOu may end up seeing a 1-peso feeder eating your 1.5k tarantula... hehehe... Recommended feeders are: Crickets (pinheads for slings), lateralis, mealworms...
