my grade-1 english knowledge tells me that there is NO mentioned above saying too much post processing is not photography. even its definition depicts no limitation in a nutshell.

Dude, take it easy. We're just airing out our opinions and I do agree with some of your comebacks. However, wouldn't you agree that no post-processing or (at least very limited) should be placed in the mechanics of the competition.

im at ease. i am just amused with people who can't ride-on with different situations. i have learned from people who taught me here that being a photographer should be flexible. if you cant be like that, then its a sorry.

the contest holder implies their ways of the contest(as for this contest, its no limitation rule). its up for the photographer how to make the output pleasing to them, let it be heavy post processed or not. this is where you can play with your art. if the photographer fails with, it only means one thing; eat more rice than beef.

kasabot pud ko ani, and agree pud ko. usahay dli ko ganahan makakita pic nga para nako subra ka PP na to the point nga murag nag graphic artist ang photographer.

pero, ilaha man gud ni nga contest so SILA ang magbo.ot sa ILANG rules and DLI KITA. maski mao na atong ganahan nga rules dli man pwede kay igo raman ta ni submit og entries, dli man kita nag himo. so kung unsa specifications ilang gihatag, follow lang gyud ta. and, in this case, wala sila niingon nga dli pwede post processing.
